Lake Brienz and Lake Thun in the Jungfrau region are two of the most beautiful lakes in Switzerland, Lake Brienz renowned for its turquoise colour and lake Thun, the awesome panorama and views of the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau. The trip crosses both lakes, starting in Brienz and ending in Thun with an overnight stop camping at the strandbad with an open fire or staying in a local hotel.The trip showcases the best of paddling in Switzerland with beautiful views, waterfalls, towering cliffs and pretty traditional villages… On our Improver Weekend trips we paddle around 15 km per day for 2 days. We start on Saturday morning but often meet up already on Friday evening for a drink or dinner as most of us tend to stay at the campsite or nearby.
